PRIORITSE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR IN PREGNANCY

Your pelvic floor muscles have to prepare for extra load from the minute you become pregnant.

The baby weighs as little as 1oz at conception and as much as 10lbs at full term. This extra load on the pelvic floor muscles and the ligaments and fascia that support it must be prioritized in order to protect and avoid post childbirth muscle weakness, incontinence, prolapse and/or lack of sexual feeling.

Description

FUNCTIONAL PREPARATION FOR CHILDBIRTH

My sensory programme helps you to protect your muscle strength and integrity and prepare for childbirth, to help minimise trauma and damage. Increase your confidence in the second stage delivery and return to intimacy and everyday activity without fear*.

Whether you give birth naturally or by caesarian section you still have an increased load day by day on your pelvic floor muscles. As the baby grows and moves into the abdominal cavity and posture changes, the pelvic floor support and muscles are put under further stress.

*Excludes medical intervention or complication.
